Job Description

Fairview Clinics - Lakeville - Urgent Care seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to join our team. The urgent care provides convenient medical care evenings and weekends. The acuity is moderate with physicians providing a broad spectrum of non-emergent care for minor illness and injury. A part-time or full-time opportunity is available with a variety of shifts.

• The Urgent Care is co-located within Fairview Clinics - Lakeville.
• Hours are Monday through Friday 6:00pm to 10:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays 9:00am to 5:00pm.
